At Weight and Mind Academy, I offer personalised, evidence-based support for weight management, emotional eating, and long-term lifestyle change, with a particular focus on supporting clients during and after GLP-1 treatment, including maintaining results beyond medication.

I'm a UK-trained Registered Dietitian working across the NHS and private practice, specialising in weight management and emotional eating. My postgraduate training in Psychodietetics means I support not just what you eat, but why.
